This page explains, in plain language, how personal data is handled when you visit hybridreality.it or contact us. The site is designed to be lightweight and privacy-friendly: it uses no profiling cookies and no tools that track you across websites.

Who handles the data

The data controller is Luisa Vittadello — Hybrid Reality, based in Padua, Italy, VAT 05141290287. For any request you can write to info@hybridreality.it.

When you contact us

If you write to us by email or on WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (such as your name, contact details and the content of your message) for the sole purpose of replying and handling your request. We do not use it for anything else and we do not share it with third parties. We keep it for as long as needed to follow up on the request or the relationship that follows.

Browsing data

The site is hosted on Netlify, which for technical and security reasons may automatically record data such as your IP address and browser type. For visit statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a tool that collects aggregate figures (how many visits, which pages) without using cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

Cookies

The site does not use profiling or marketing cookies. For this reason there is no consent banner: there is nothing to accept.

Providers and transfers

We rely on trusted providers to run the site and communications: Netlify (website hosting), Cloudflare (statistics) and Register.it (email mailboxes). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, on the basis of the safeguards required by law (standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@hybridreality.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) if you believe your rights have not been respected.
